Our Approach

1st: Underwriting and Required Actions

Once an account has been placed with Alliance for collections, we underwrite the file and maintain the account ledger so you don't have to keep track of the numbers. Then we've got an entire team focused on taking all the actions required by federal regulation or state law to secure your rights to the underlying debt ensuring you will get paid no matter what happens down the line.

2nd: Communication

We answer the phone and respond to emails. Even though this is a simple thing to do, I don't think you'll be surprised when we tell you that not everyone can actually deliver on this promise. If a client or homeowner calls our office, we've always got team members standing by to pick up the phone to assist. We strive to respond to all emails in less than 24 hours. And that's not even the best part! Our highly trained collection specialists also work tirelessly using multiple outbound communication channels to proactively collect what is owed to your association.

3rd: Partner Network

While we are not attorneys, our partner network allows us to be a one stop shop to handle the entire collection process from A to Z. When legal work is required, we quarterback the process of working with trusted law firms that specialize in lien foreclosure, judgement collection, bankruptcy and contested foreclosures.

As trusted partners, it's critical that we're always on the same page. That's why we've invested in the technology that enables you to check on your accounts anytime in our Client Portal. We also produce consolidated status reports and cash reports every month so you can track the overall progress that is being made.
