From our start back in 2008 in Florida, we've grown the team to cover four states and bring decades of collective association collections experience to the table. We're licensed as a third-party collection agency to collect consumer debts in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

We treat compliance seriously at Alliance with a Compliance Management System (CMS) administered by a full-time Compliance Manager. We're also fully accredited by the Better Business Bureau and are members of ACA International, a leading trade organization for debt collectors, with all our team members designated Professional Collection Specialists.
